Zachary deCastro - Modern Artist
I am a Marketing Expert who has achieved success in Brand Management, Photography, Video Production, and Creative Strategy.
I was inspired from clothing and art at a young age. Growing up with parents who were completely involved in the community with a sense of helping others first. They were people who are also crafty in their own their own work; whether it was music, visual arts, sewing, to wrenching on cars. I am constantly a student to my kin.
I picked up the family point and shoot camera in the 7th grade, and was instantly inspired. I began by taking pictures and documenting everything around me. Soon after, I took on photography as my passion which would lead me to black and white film in 2013. From 2013 and on, film photography has been my way to portray my soul into photographs. I printed my first zine in 2019 titled, "Place my Pace vol 1" and was placed in Hamburger Eye's "Picture Us" zine dedicated to AAPI support.
